Bylaws
The following are a few of the more frequently used bylaws of the Cariboo Regional District. It is important to note that these are courtesy copies only. They do not represent legal versions of the bylaws and may not include recent amendments. For the most up to date version of the bylaws, please contact the Cariboo Regional District directly.
To file a complaint under one of these bylaws, submit a written complaint to either the 100 Mile House or Williams Lake office of the CRD. In the case of the Noise Bylaw, contact the RCMP. All complaints are confidential unless otherwise ordered by the Information and Privacy Commissioner or the Court. For more information on the complaint process, see the Bylaw Enforcement section of the CRD website.
