A member of the Northwest Territories Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists (NAPEGG) from 1982 to the present.
Served as a member of the Council from 1987 to 1991, including terms as President and First Vice President, as well as Chair of the Finance Committee, Professional Practice Committee, Discipline Committee, and member of the Enforcement Committee and Nomination Committee.
Received the Distinguished Life Membership award in 2006.
Designated as a Fellow of Engineers Canada in 2007.

At their peak these programs involved a staff of 311, an annual operating budget of $57 million and a capital budget of $40 million. |
